With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform.

The iconic reformer has spent the last 80 years changing bodies before our eyes.
This class helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced.

Our reformer classes have a maximum of 5 clients. This ensures each client is receiving the best possible instruction and no one gets left behind.

If you consider one of the best ways to lengthen and strengthen your muscles with little to no impact on your joints torture....then YES! Don't let the springs,straps and chains scare your from a great core stabilizing ,balance focused class.

The tower springs allow for a low impact workout to help you stretch, strengthen and realign those hard to reach places.

Barre Fitness is a hybrid workout class combining ballet-inspired movements with the elements of Pilates, dance, Yoga and strength training. The isometric movements you will perform with have you shaking and feeling the burn.

Yoga Essentials:   Expect to move with your breath and focus your attention; this well balanced flow class will get you out of your head and into your body and your breath; modifications always welcome.

Yoga Core: During this powerful vinyasa flow class, you will breathe, focus, move, stretch and balance.  Yoga Core is a heat building practice that allows you to move with your breath while building strength and working on your core.

Our Cardio sculpt classes are for our workout Warriors who want to FEEL THE BURN. Your instructor will get you into that fat burning zone. Targeting and sculpting the core muscles as you power your way from arms to abs, to glutes and legs.Then to cool it down with your stretch set.
